Billing

Jobs are charged on acceptance at your workspace’s rate, with media length rounded up to the next whole minute. Verbatim, atmospherics, and redactions use the same add-on pricing as checkout. The job’s cost shows the amount; see cancellations for refunds.

Prepaid workspaces need sufficient credit before ordering. Top up in the dashboard. GET /account returns your balance and rate as decimal strings in USD; invoiced workspaces have a null balance.
